Problems Trying To Log In With Kaspersky Running?

If I exit Kaspersky I can log in to Answerbank ok, but when I have Kaspersky running it causes all sorts of problems,but running without security is 'dodgy' right?

There is now a fix that appears to work have used IE Chrome and Firefox Logging in, selecting profile, all work this will test to see if only one post is logged. You will of course need to select Version 16.0 (16.0.0.245)
The setup files contain an uninstaller that you can use to remove the existing version. The install the new version, activate it with your 20-character activation code and recheck the issue.

Thank you for your message and I appreciate your patience on this matter.
Reality is, ensure the clients are running the latest version of our software. For Mac, the 2016 version of KIS was released a couple weeks ago and for Windows, 16.0.1.445 is out and available for download.
With double-key strokes, the issue is Trusteer and the work-around is to disable Trusteer's Character Displacement".
If issues persist, traces would be required and of course we would need a specific client to focus on and be in constant contact with for the required diagnostics and troubleshooting.
