Site Problem

Windows 10. Chrome. Web page keeps reverting to a very basic text only format. Lots of messages popping up bottom of screen 'waiting for.....x. y. z'

Hey Zacs Master. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and for letting us know the browser and operating system. Some of our gnomes have experienced this before and found that simply refreshing the page a few times sorted the issue.

If this isn't the case for you, please update us further. If anyone else is having similar problems, please let us know.

I had this a week ago also on Chrome Win 10 - I thought the site was down for nearly an hour! Cured by shutting down Chrome completely and re-opening

This can happen on a lot of websites. It's usually a glitch and simply requires a restart of the browser or a refresh of the web page.

This may happens to many website, it is a common problem. If you meet this again, I think you can refresh the webpage at first. Because sometimes, there are some loading problem with the website background code. You do not know where the website server locate at, so the Internet speed sometimes may cause loading uncompletely website loading.

And if this cannot help, try to clean the cookie, and reboot your browser.
