surely the techies can do something about this. I vaguely remember having to type in a copy of a few random letters/numbers when signing up on a website or ticking a box saying I am not a bot. I suspect however that the footfall from all these spammers boosts numbers and subsequent advertisers for AB
Some of these old threads like this one
https:/ /www.th eanswer bank.co .uk/Job s-and-E ducatio n/Quest ion4415 34.html
just seem to keep getting spammed time&time again.
One suggestion to the Eds/mod's is to close these old threads to new answers especially if there like 15 years old, once they start getting spammed.
Another option a course is to just let them keep spamming, .. in the scheme of things its not effecting current threads. May be its not worth the effort of Naomi and people like me flagging/reporting them??? Its better they spam on old threads than new ones so maybe just ignore it?

As Atheist has explained - these aren't actual people, they're bots . They could, if set up appropriately, post hundreds as fast as the targeted site can accept them, with the name changing for each one.....
