Togs, the removed question was at some time before 10:50, This question was at 10:50, the question to replace the removed question was at 11:00, Naomi answers THIS question at 11:01. The space time continuum is intact, I hope that helps.

funny, I have more answers on the question about the question than the question itself!
It is clear that you or anyone else can ask a question about the Falklands but only if the words used are not outwith the Site Rules.

Neglecting to mention you had altered the wording for your second attempt was not very clever, was it?

Question Author
11:22, I did not mention any names, just general terms.
"Recollections may vary", as the late Queen is alleged to have once said...
I think TTT knows what he said, Corby, and I don't doubt he didn't mention anyone by name. However, he does have a habit of using unpleasant terms for groups of people who don't hold his views and I'm guessing that's what he did there. Naughty to give the impression that the wording of the removed question mirrored the second but it's done and dusted now so there's no point in carrying it on and making a drama of it.

It's a bit sad that a mod has to hide behind a secret Id, just makes me suspect their leanings.

suspect?

You know.
NAOMI, I am fully aware that he knew what he wrote but to post a thread giving the impression he was the innocent victim of unwarranted moderation is more than just, "naughty".
If you don't know who removed the thread, then assume it was me or another Editor.

ToraToraTora, the original thread provoked AnswerBankers. The remaining thread presents better-crafted prose and opens the topic for discussion
Drmorgans @ 11.25 "Spot on " ,,what a paper hat.
Naomi @ 11 53 "It's done and dusted now so there's no point in carrying it on and making a drama of it" But that's only because it was posted by my best friend TTT. If it had been anyone else I probably would have had this thread removed.

I presume 'paper hat' is calling people names. Interesting to see if this gets removed, and, no I dont report you Gully. Leaving your posts on shows you for what you are.
Naomi @ 09.35 Well you should know all about that Naomi .
09.46 ........... "The herd is gathering".....................
Whinging ryhmes with singing.

Whingeing, please.
Gulliver, stop stirring.
Oh, and that's not how you spell rhymes either. :-)
