"Please Support The Answerbank" Flyer

As of today, I'm getting this message superimposed on every page, not even on each topic, - every page!
It has to be deleted before I can read the page.
Is this only happening to me please, or is this a new policy?

Ed, I'm using an adblocker (adblock plus) in Windows 10.
I've used an adblocker for years without having this problem - just the occasional request for donations - this is now on every page.
I don't know what AB is like now without a blocker, but I turned to using it because the site was plastered with animated adverts.

Khandro: We do not recommend using Ad Blockers on AB. Since the changes were introduced quite some time ago to remove Ads for users who are signed in, there should be no need to use an Ad Blocker when browsing The AnswerBank as signed-in users will not see ads. The pop-up should only appear once per week on average but this relies on a Cookie stored in your browser. Without this Cookie it will treat every page visit as a 'new' visit.
I've looked for the source, could this be it?

Ed, It is it the Donation Pop-up & it is appearing on every page load.
Though having said that it has uniquely yet to appear on this page! is someone listening? :0)
I discovered something which made life a bit easier. What happens is that the whole page greys-out & the pop-up is white, central, about one third size - as I'm using a PC with a mouse, I need not click on the X in the pop-up to remove it, I can click anywhere on the grey area & it vanishes, until the next page.
