For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Don't drink as much beer as I did when Redman was alive, we always tried to find something interesting in the run up to Christmas, previous favourites included Greenback brewery Baltic Trader which is an 11.4% imperial stout that tastes like Christmas cake in a glass, and Ad Hop Christmas pudding beer, was meant to be around 11% but the lad who brewed it reckons it 'got away from him' and ended up at around 13% so he didn't sell it but gave bottles to all his friends.
Nowadays I would see what is on in brewdog, last time I was in there they had a 14% chocolate caramel truffle stout which was mindblowingly good and would be amazing with chocolate fudge cake or a sacher torte
