Emails On My Iphone

I have multiple email accounts.  On my iPhone, there are separate inboxes for each of them.  There used to also be one called All Inboxes, but inexplicably that disappeared recently.  How can I restore the All Inboxes?

Assuming the inbuilt mail app on the iPhone, what does it say top left of the screen, is it the name of one of your mailboxes? If so is there a little left arrow next to it, if so tap that and it should take you to a list of mailboxes and 'all inboxes' should be the top
