This site is going bad

Editor, I don't get on here much, but when I can I look around. Chatterbank is a laugh, but thats all you expect, trouble is its spilled over into other things like body and soul. i dont trust any questions or answers anywhere anymore. it looks like a little club of people have taken over and its a shame because this site is such a good idea . Why do plonkers have to destroy it. Please delete me, Ive lost interest.

I agree with alexmac and it is a shame other users can not keep their humour in chatterbank. While the other topics do not need to be all serious , some light hearted replies are welcomed,sometimes the questions and answers are ridiculous. I do not answer many questions as I do not know if they are genuine or not.It is but a few now and again but would they please stop?

Understand your concerns, certain measures are being deliberated upon to help AB keep up with the new stream of users. Don't lose heart as you must realise the Internet and websites such as this, are fluid beings apt to change and develop to keep up with new developments.

Ultimately, however, it is the users that control the quality of content on this site. And we do wish that users would respect the Rules and integrity of the site and use it accordingly.

alexmac why get the editor to delete you?  why not just never logon to here again? Unless you crave the attention, in that case.... Please don't leave the site alexmac, your contributions are invaluable.

Having your username deleted is a more potent form of protest... certainly some days I know exactly where alexmac is coming from on this one.  There have been a number of questions recently that really make me think "are you serious!?!", whilst generally hoping not, but being annoyed if "not" is the case.  Maybe we could have a category called "sensible", as the antithesis of CB.  :-p :-)
