What to do when hair turns grey after using L'Oreal Paris Excellence Creme in the shade Light Ash Blonde?

What to do when hair turns grey after using L'Oreal Paris Excellence Creme in the shade Light Ash Blonde? Two days ago, i bleached and then toned my hair to take out the orange. This took away most of the orange but there were still some streaks. My friend suggested that I use an ash-blonde colour to counter-act with the orange to give me a more natural looking blonde. This turned out to be a disaster, as my hair is now just a very grey colour. The colour I am aiming for is like meganheartsmakeup's in this video: http://www.youtube.co...=5#p/u/45/YUpg8lqgnkU
I'd rather not have to go to a professional as I don't really have the money.. If anyone can tell me what to do it will be MUCH appreciated. Thank you so much. If I have forgotten to add any information please tell me and I will make sure to add it in.

i would try a nice and easy blonde 103 b or 103 a honey blonde to go on top. i have done this in the past, it looked so whitey grey, i dyed it straight away but put loads of conditioner on right afterwards and left it for a good half hour. good luck, i think you will be ok.

Ash will take out any warmth in your hair so I am not surprised it's turned grey. Light Ash blonde was a bit too harsh. I know some hairdressers can be expensive but atleast you would have obtained the colour you wanted. Sorry, don't mean to sound harsh.
Could you not go on a training evening at a local hairdressers? They are all supervised by a senior hairdresser and they charge a lot less as well.
Or maybe a mobile hairdresser?

Don't worry, I realise now that that was a bit of a bad move. If I can't dye over it or anything then I'll probably go to the hairdressers anyway, but I was hoping to leave that as a last resort. Would it be a bad idea to dye over it with a golden blonde colour? Sorry if that sounds like a really stupid question, haha.
How grey is your grey? Have all red tones been removed? I suggest Indola caramel tint mousse (applied after shampoo) till you get pro help. Give your hair a weekly deep conditioner & you wont need all the expensive de-tangly products.
On the meganhearts vid she advises products costing $100+. Had she used a salon the most she would need would be a good conditioner & shine spray to maintain her style.

is there a college near you that has hairdressing courses ? if so they will do your hair for a fraction of the price, ring up and ask to speak to the course tutor and he will probably be able to use you as part of a lesson to his pupils, they usually have a beauty section too and you can have a facial as well and still at very reasonable prices.
Thanks everyone for your help, I actually dyed over the colour with one of the 'Nice N Easy' colours that nextqueen suggested, in 'lightest summer blonde' or something along those lines. It was still a little grey for a couple of days but it washed out quickly and I am very happy with the result, although I will definitely be giving my hair a break for a while now! Thanks again!<3
