A Difficult Question To Answer But...
10 Answers
The only tangible asset I have left after the death of my husband is our website which I've kept "live".
A company which is in the same line as we were have expressed an interest in buying it + some of the Intellectual Property that my husband owned the copyright of. The website would be a good adjunct to this companies presence in the market.
My question is: what would a realistic price to sell it for? It is still receiving quite good enquiries. I know it's like asking "how long is a piece of string" but any thoughts would be welcome.

The same applies to the intellectual property. You really do need some professional advice on this.
Incidentally, do remember that if the site & intellectual property were wholly or partly owned by your husband, any proceeds from selling them will be part of his estate for probate purposes (unless they have already been valued & included in a probate application).
