The Lidl adverts are good aren't they!

The Lidl ads they've put on lately are so good! I especially like the parrot "Like" one, the old lady "tea" one and the bloke "Irish Cream" one.

What do you think of them? :)

I like them and think they are funny but think they are putting out too many too quickly. My favourite is the girl who likes mayonnaise followed by the older lady whose husband likes tea but she likes gin!!

We don't get Lidl adverts here (not that I've noticed), but anyway, love Aldi (the shop) but don't get Lidl.

we are doing most of our christmas food shop at aldi, great prices for everythingx

The staff in our Aldi are lovely, they have given my children chocolate to share and the manager stole a flower out of a bunch and gave it to thing 1 (she was thrilled).

I do the odd bit of shopping at lidl (it's just down the road and their milk is £1 for 4 pints, also their spinach pizzas are lovely) but some of their own brand stuff is rubbish. Is aldi the same?

no aldi own brand is brill there doritos are better then the original much less salt and there cheeses are good too

You have to watch Aldi's fruit and veg, it seems to go manky a bit quicker than the supermarkets. My kids prefer their tomato sauce and beans. I buy about 24 litres of their fruit juice a week, plus little cartons of juice. You have to pick and chose what suits you.
