REVITADERM CREAM
12 Answers
I bought the revitaderm cream and serum, from the advert they send to your email, they were suppose to be at $2.97 each. Come to find out today that they have taken £80 out of my account which is about $160, the cream does nothing but dry your skin out.
I have tried calling the customer support numbers to find them constantly busy, would anyone know if i can recover my money that these scammers have stolen from my account.

You dont know who they are, if the stuff is genuine, if you are going to get
scammed and so on.
A lot of the drugs they offer (viagra etc) are no such things but cheap copies made in china and other places.
No wonder the scammers keep sending out emails when people still fall for their scams.

I checked a company out who were advertising on the internet. I thought because it was called Argos Sport it was a part of Argos. It wasn't and I had paid them £25 for a scooter, which was non-existent. Fortunately I had paid by credit card and was able to regain my money, but only after a lot of fuss. I take a bit more care now although I still lose now and then. It's a dodgy world out there.
Now would you like the really bad news? They'll be taking £79.99 out of your account every 30 days from now on!

Try an email to [email protected] (but I wouldn't hold out too much hope!). Otherwise send a letter BY RECORDED DELIVERY (retaining both a copy of the letter and your proof of posting) to Perfect Radiance, PO Box 13583, Linlithgow, EH49 7AP.
Worryingly, the domain name for the email address is registered to a 'non-UK individual'
http://webwhois.nic.u....x=0&WHOIS+Submit.y=0
but the address links to Clark Avenue in Linlithgow, which Google Street View shows to be a small residential cul-de-sac. However the Intellectual Property Office website states that 'Perfect Radiance' is a registered trade mark of Procter & Gamble in the USA:
http://www.ipo.gov.uk/ohim?ohimnum=E6953426
Also try contacting your bank and West Lothian Trading Standards:

Procter & Gamble might also like to know that someone appears to be using their trade mark without their permission. Phone them on 01932 896000.

Cancel your credit or debit card immediately and inform your banks fraud section. They will recognise this scam at once. Telephone the number that Perfect radiance give on their site 08081683685 and cancel your contract. They accepted my cancellation and my bank refunded the money.
The call may cost a few pounds and its a pain changing your card but better tha losing £70-£80. Best of luck!

These people, (variously calling themselves Revitaderm, Revita la Peau, creamskincare, SkinEnhanced, Anti Age Cream, and probably many other that I don't know about) and based in Cyprus, Salt lake City Utah, Denmark and god knows where else, took nearly £250 from my bank account, and tried to take more but the bank noticed and called me. I spoke to my bank and the police and filled out the paperwork to charge them with fraud as I had authorised no payments and received nothing after the initial samples. The police told me that your bank are covered by their insurance for exactly this sort of thing, this helps them to pursue your money and get it repaid to you. I have got all my money back

The name keep changing because they are banned from trading in many countries. Also contact trading standards and everyone else you can think of. Make a stink and make their lives difficult!
