Received an e mail a couple of weeks ago,informing that broadband download speed going to be doubled at no extra charge, received letter today informing cost to my Virgin Media account is increasing by £1.50per month from April 2012 . Taking into consideration that I only have broadband with Virgin Media confused at their contradicting information.
No wonder Mr Branson has a replacement in his advert on tv he is probably too embarrassed to show his own face, that's that off my chest then. Not happy.

I got a letter too. They are going to upgrade my line for "free"..... In Autumn 2013

Same for me KJN. I'm trying to look at it philosophically... doubling my speed for £1.50 extra a month.
