Madeley's Furniture Ads In Devon

I watched Madeley's ads on TV every year in Devon, but haven't been able to find any references online and wondering if anyone else remembers them from about the 70s-80s, and whether the owner who presented them all was connected with Richard Madeley as I can't remember either. It was on Westward and the company who took over after them.

Did they have really amateurish adverts where the staff used to shout the name Madeley`s? I`d completely forgotten about it until now (I was brought up in Devon)
