Does He Like Me? Please Help.

does this guy like me? lol. take what im going to say with a grain of salt, because i like him (i think) so of course ill say everything good. okay, we've known each other for a couple months. we sit by each other in class and always use word document to talk to each other (so we dont make noise) we;re always laughing though. when im not messaging him back, he will like reach his hand over and try to mess up what im doing by typing a bunch of random letters or something until i jokingly slap/move his hand away. he lets me touch his arm/leg a lot in conversation and he will occasionally touch mine. at one point i asked why he was mad at me and he said im not mad at you! and dont ever feel like i am! never question my liking of you. (this stands out because of those last four words.. he couldve said them in another way, but he chose these...word play maybe to hide something?) he hugs me all the time and at one point he was like i could tell you needed that, and i said i did. and he said well ill tell you what, its a 4$ charge for my hugs, but you can get them for free anytime. and i said who else gets this deal? and he said his mom. and i laughed and said okay, i guess i can share with your mom. and he always is funny around me. or maybe hes just a funny guy? but even in a crowd or alone he always makes me laugh. idk. help? i just want to know if he likes me or not. because i keep flirting but im not sure if he does. and again, take this with a grain of salt because i do like him, so im only seeing the good sides im sure. Being a music major, im not too good at reading people.
i just dont wanna mistake him being nice (he's religious) to him liking me.

I'd say he likes you, but leave it at that for now. YOu both sound quite young and you shouldn't be messaging in class, you should be paying attention - you need your education.

Anyone who is "majoring" in anything is surely around 17+ years old - I think you have the time to fit in both your education and finding out if this person likes you.

Unless of course you are younger than what I'm suggesting, in which case do focus on your education.
