It's never (rarely ?) a good idea in the world of work to let your emotions rule your intelligence. Burn bridges and that's one less option.
Do all the "clever" speeches in your living room before you go, and leave them there. It may make you feel better about what you could have said, and that come the crunch you were more mature/professional about things.
You might mention being disappointed that you took previous advice and it turned out to be insufficient. They may have further advice regarding that.
