Has anyone else noticed that just lately there have been a number of TV commercials where one hasn't the foggiest of what they are supposed to be promoting?

I think the clue must be in the very small writing at the bottom of the screen.

one is the odious blokes in shorts and the builders, can't stand it. advertising money supermarket whats it got to do with money, loans or anything at all.

These ads don't have to mean anything, so long as they get your attention - like billboards. Some are designed to annoy, as the odious blokes in shorts are, but this is precisely why you look at them....

If any advert annoys me, which many do, I would never buy their product.

Must admit though, I have got the full set of Meerkats dolls, for my grandson! :-)
