blinds

I have alarge bedroom window with two small leaded windows at the top,during the summer the room gets very hot,so i have to leave the widows open,my problem is the window has to have blinds up, because it looks out on to a road, the blinds get very dirty at the top from dust etc, while the rest of the blind is clean ,so i am constantly washing them,i have just bought roman blinds andwas wondering,if a genius out there could tell me if there is some kind of clear wipe clean product i could put across the top of the blind,i would be greatful for eny suggestions
