don't know any sites but i'm a beauty consultant and i know the right colour make-up for different skin tones and i think maybe that would be the case as far as clothes are concerned to

If you have purple hair, you may find your choice somewhat limited...!
Seriously - you should ask your friends what colours suit you - have an evening trying on different clothes. As long as they can be honest, that should give you a good idea.
