The trailer shown after The Lazarus Experiment was for the second half of the season rather than a specific episode.Captain Jack Harkness returns in episode 11 Utopia and stays until the end of the series. There is a clip from Utopia on youtube.

I too was wondering why Captain Jack wasn't on there...

But then I remembered that I seen the scarecrows on the same trailer, as well as on Saturday's trailer.
Thanks netty.m & marwell7, that has solved the problem in our house, all the way through last Saturdays show my kids were sayins "wheres captain jack" so I can tell them now.
There is a difference between 'Next time' and 'Coming soon' Jack isn't back until 16th June, an episode called 'Utopia' The advert at the end of The Lazarus Experiment was for the episodes 7-13 (42, Human Nature, The Family of Blood, Blink, Utopia,The Sound of Drums and Last of the Time Lords). The BBC showed it as a 'treat' for us because we were missing a week because of Eurovision.
