Robbie Williams Apology...But For What???
From the BBC website today:
Robbie Williams has apologised to the ex-manager of Take That and has agreed to pay undisclosed damages over an allegation he made about him in a song.
In the lyrics of a song called The 90s, the singer suggested Nigel Martin-Smith had stolen funds from the band.
However, I've looked at the lyric online, and can't find any reference to the ex Take That manager???

I've been trying to find a copy of the song as originally written, so far without success.

Our local paper (Stoke-on-Trent) confirmed this last night on its front page - the lyrics were re-recorded before the album was released, so the actual message is unkown except to those involved.
It's unlikely the contentious lyrics will appear anywhere - to re-print them is to create the libel case that Robbie has settled, so we will just have to wonder.
