Sorry, lump, but I've not been able to find any Robert Carrier recipes available on the net and I don't have any of his cookery books. I did, however, find this recipe for Vegetables a la Grecque, which contains green beans:-

Do you know which of his recipe books that particular recipe was from ? If so, most of his books seem to be available quite cheaply on Amazon....
