artists name and info

i have a water colour titled "the catherdral corner" i believe it was painted in 1926 but cant make out the artists name. any ideas folks? it shows folks in the dress for that era waiting to board a gondala, there is another gondala on the water with the cathedreal in the background with other buildings on the water front.
the signiature looks like;
Z AB**D**G though it's difficult to make out and indeed my interperitation may be wrong.
