Help me find this artist again cant remember the name?

Well I'm looking for the name of an african american steel guitar player, I can't remember the name but I'll tell you what I can remember.

1)A music video of his was featured in the shared videos section of a version of windows xp
2)The video was of high quality+well produced therefore he's probably quite famous
3)He's still young, appeared to be in his 20s or early 30s in the video
4)The video is basically them playing in the street and people gathering rounds listening if I can remember rightly.

Have searched but without a name I'm really stuck, hope you can help!
