My french isn't good enough, that's why i'm asking, if i knew the translation I'd know the answer to this question wouldn't I. But from what i can pick up, I think it'll likely to be.

It isn't a proper translation as some of the gifts are different, e.g. 2 caramels, 4 dandelions, 5 fat chickens.
