New Harness For A Small Dog.
I'm going to buy one on-line. It's for a Cairn Terrier. Should I get one for a 'small dog'? Or would small here be considered Yorkies or Chihuahuas?

As I'm sure you've heard many times, it's all about the girth. ;-) http:// pets. petsmart. com/ help/ pet- sizing- guides/ dog- harness/

She'll be wanting to go for Mass with a black harness on.
I once went to a Catholic funeral - it was more like an aerobics class. Exhausting to watch.
I hope that she walks better with it on - it a big dog pulls it is easier to pull against them (especially when on black ice) but with a little dog you would end up breaking your neck. We would miss you.

Wolf - know what you are talking about - aerobics in the church - well I never - up and down - up and down - then kneel - then up and down - think I lose weight when I go.
We do have a thing where we shake hands and say "Peace Be With You". My sister's ex-boyfriend - (couldn't hear too well) - he always said "Pleased to Meet you" all the time.

I fell on black ice one boxing day morning at the end of the last century.
I just lay on the ground (6 in the morning) looking up and my trust hound just stood there looking down. No attempt to go for help. I tore the ligaments in my knee and it took months to heal. It was terrible. You are wise to be cautious.
Get the pup little bootees - Robbie didn't like his little boots so he ate them.
Good luck with her - dogs are good company.
