Yes I know you still fill it with treats, but hopefully it might take a while to extract them from it and save your sanity a bit!

Sometimes it might just be boredom. Frankie is on steroids for his asthma and is always hungry. I try to distract him by playing with him - with very limited effect.
Try filling up a treat dispensing ball of treats and let him/her chase it around to release sweets. I think that they also double as human killers, I tripped over one on the way down the stairs a few times.

Ha ha... RSPCA comes to mind!....
I know, I've accidentally shut mine in kitchen cupboard a couple of times and wondering what the banging was! My husband shut him in the shed once while we were out shouting his name late into the night. I thought maybe just maybe he might be in shed. As I unlocked door he flew out like a rocket!

They pester because "pestering" has already worked for them! I've learnt that from experience. Our rescued tabby, who is now spoilt rotten, will still try wailing for food at every opportunity! I do a loud "aa haa" and go "no!" loudly! Just walk away from them and do something else! They will huff like mad,but we all live with that;-)
