Businesses Warn Of Job Losses Threat As...

We have a stray cat who has over the last 2 years started to stay at our house more and more. Since our elderly neighbour died, he's more or less a permanent fixture (I think she was one of his main stop offs before!). He's a lovely cat and our two cats tolerate him. The only thing is he stinks of pee. He's a full tom. Is there a way of cleaning him? Someone has done so in the past as he sometimes came in smelling of shampoo but I don't know how they managed it. He's quite a placid cat but I don't know how much he'd stand for.
Any suggestions??
