Maine **** Cats

A friend of mine wants a kitten, namely a "Maine **** Cat" variety. What should she expect to pay for one in England?

We paid �350 for a Ragdoll kitten 2 years ago, but could have paid more if we'd have used him for breeding, as it is he's just a pet. I'd expect to pay anything up to �400, but as the last person said, you need to speak to a breeder.

Thank you, mycatis. I believe that the cats are racist because of their tail, which resembles the tail on the animal depicted in the name, if you'll pardon the expression, a "Procyon Lotor". :)

Seriously, I found a place in Vancouver, Washington, about 150 miles from here, selling registered "Maine C00N Cat" kittens.

The kittens are $675.00 . I suppose that we are talking 390 pounds, or so.

They came fully registered.
