my rabbit is lossing his hair behind his ears and also his skin is flaking can anyone help me

When you say behind his ears - do you mean his actual ears or his neck? If it is his neck then he most probably has mites. This is the one place that rabbits cannot reach to groom - hence why the mites thrive in this area. The flaky skin you describe is also the sign of mites - it is like really heavy dandruff/scurf. I would recommend that you take him to the vet as they can give him an injection that will kill the mites. Also the mites can make you itch and any other rabbits or dogs etc can catch them. ; 0 )
