Goldfish

Hi All,
Can anyone advise me if Goldfish eat blood worms or are they dangerous for them to eat.
Just changed our tank to Goldfish from Tropical fish, so unsure if Goldfish can eat the same as tropical fish.

I give mine some- they love em. Dont give them much though, or too often, they poop machines as it is without giving them something too 'rich' in their diet.
