As i said my fish are in a pond and it was quite some time before I actually saw any results as the fry are all born black gradually changing colour as they grow (but not all at the same rate) plus they had lots of room to hide. In a pond the the survial rate of the fry is quite small so don't expect too much but best of luck
To be successful you need to remove the adults when they stop 'chasing' because they will start eating the eggs, if fact, I would take them out now as they lay far too many eggs to survive in a pond. In a couple of days you may see very small slivers hanging on the side and plants but you have to look really good as they are a mere 4mm long and don't move much. It will take up to a week or so before they start actually swimming around and the first week they don't need feeding. The fry will grow really fast if you feed them newly hatched brine shrimps and later tubifex if you can get it.
As paddywak says; they will all be dark and change colour at gradual stages. Some may take over a year and a small pretentage never colour up. Good luck.

The Goldfish eggs should hatch in two or three days depending on the temperature of the water in your tank.
First it is important to realize that the eggs must be fertilized by a male Goldfish, after the eggs have been laid by a female Goldfish. Did you have a male Goldfish in the tank with the female?
If not the eggs will not be fertile, will soon turn opaque white, and will not hatch. But if the eggs were fertilized, they should hatch in two or three days depending on the temperature of the water in tank.
Note: You should not try to remove the eggs from your tank.
