guinea pig/biting

we have a white approx. 4-5 month old guinea pig. she used to let us hold her for a long period of time and just sleep in my lap. there are not children in our household and nothing has changed. all of a sudden she starting biting. and yes, she drew blood. it was a shock in her change in behavior. she is eating very well and drinking a lot of water. nothing about her has changed. she is still very vocal with me but now bites. can you help us ?
