rabbit chewing the other

hi, i have two male rabbits who do get on fine, however ive just gone to clean their hutch out and noticed that one has had his fur chewed off[quite a lot actually] ,on watching them the other is licking and chewing his fur off although they are not fighting,he is quite happy to let him chew him,why is he doing this and should i seperate them?
