poorly chicken?

hi all. we have just got 4 chickens and 1 of them is always laying down and seems off balance she eats and drinks fine but sits down, she is not getting bullied by the others just yet but worried if she stays on the floor they may start. any ideas what may be wrong with her

Does she have a large lump on her underside near her vent?

Chickens are prone to large tumours in this area which would make them sit down alot and become unbalanced. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do if this is the case. Just one of those things.
