our 9-10 month old kitten is acting she keeps spreding herself to the floor and making odd sounds and is lifting her rear end then rolling on her back and squeeking she is not in any pain at first she sort of pulls herself along then she is up full of beans and running around then she drops to the floor lifts her back end. she is a house cat and we will have her done when she is a year old as we were told to do. i am worried there is somthing wrong...please help
Icebread, contact the vet just to be on the safe side. If you hadn't had her done then I would have said she was looking for a tomcat - she miight just be having fun and waiting for you to scratch her back at the base of her tail (or cats love that) - but it's it worrying you then it's worth checking it out.
sounds about right to me, just be glad she's not screaming at the top of her voice, but you may find your vet wants to wait till she's over her season before operating, so keep her close indoors
