it can give some dogs the squits and my own dog is allergic to dairy but apart from that no, milk is fine
I've owned Labradors for 35 years and they have all been given milk.
I struggled to get my dog to drink water. So I filled his bowl up and just put in a dash of milk. Then he'd drink it.
Mine love goats milk......but with cows milk although some dogs have no problem digesting it, others will get diarrhoea as they cannot digest the lactose.
A little of what they fancy is O.K. with milk as with many things.

Soya milk is fine for a dog which can't cope with lactose.
Always given mine milk, and they're (or at least mine is) partial to unfinished baby formula too.
the theory behind not giving dogs (and cats) milk is that in the wild they would never have it after they were weaned. Having said that they would also not eat and drink a lot of things that we shove down their throats but that's another story.
A small amount is fine, but if you are going to regularly give a bowl full then goats milk would be better than cows.
We never give give our dogs milk, not for any particular reason though, I think it is probably just unnecessary (generally speaking) if we thought it was good for them they would get it.
Goats milk can help a dogs coat if it is dull. Also helps teeth and bones when growing.
