I have heard of it and know some people that have used it, they didnt say anything negative so guess it was ok. Sorry cant be of more help as I dont use flea treatment.
I've used it as a preventative treatment - don't know if it works with an infestation of fleas. Seems to be okay - no bad effects, & if you compare the ingredients on both the leaflets (Frontline & Effipro) they are exactly the same!
...interesting. Frontline is horrifically expensive. I will defo be trying this :)

I may be trying it also...even if it's not more effective than Frontline-at least there is some savings.
Hi pasta. I changed from Frontline to Effipro some time last year and haven't noticed any difference. The vet recommended it saying that it was just as good but cheaper. (I love it when the vet helps me save money!).
As Ladybelle says it is definitely a preventative treatment so isn't meant to be used for infestations as far as I am aware.
All I know is that neither us or the dogs have been scratching!
I have googled it and came up with this site, some for and against, think i will carry on with the frontline. http://forums.moneysa...wthread.php?t=2001833
