Googled this and saw the Heeler at the top of the page!
They are now selling these in our local garden centre

I am dubious!!
I saw those advertised in a pet shop window yesterday! Even supposed to stop them pulling on the lead - yeah right.
They are probably so tight that the dog can't breathe and hence appears calm and hasn't got the energy to do anything, let alone pull on the lead! I shall not be buying one - my dog isn't an anxious doggy anyway.
My mastiff dog does wear a cool coat when it's hot. At the Blackpool Champ Show we didn't get into the ring until 3pm on a very hot day. We took the chill suit off just before he went into the ring and he fairly skipped around whilst some of the other mastiffs were hot and lethargic. He was awarded Best of Breed by Ron Menaker chair of the American Kennel Club. They do keep dogs cool and my dogs welfare is the most imorant issue here.
