post season blues
8 Answers
both my bitches have been in season recently and don't seem to have got back to normal two weeks later, the old girl who is 15yrs had to my surprise a full season for the first time in three years, is not eating much, but is fareing better than the 9yrs old one, she is still not eating more than just a couple mouthfuls a day and has been sick, bringing up a lot of yellow bile, they have not even seen a dog so are not pregnant, can dogs suffer from post season blues?

the vet could find no health prolems that could make my two behave like they are but sugested that the hot humid weather could be upsetting them, as it does old people, also that it could be that the younger one has never had pups and has not been speyed she could be broody, since then she has eaten half a tin of tuna and a piece of dried tripe, both her fave things, i now suspect the crafty so and so is making a fool of me, thanks for your concern everyone.
