My parrot has been unwell for 1 week now. It was initially sitting with parrots fluffed out, completely silent, and a small amount of vomiting. It was not eating or drinking much. We took it to the vet on wednesday who gave it 2 jabs and a course of 7 day anti-biotics. It seems to have picked up: ie now flying around again, talking and whistling occassionally (which is better than nothing) but it is still being sick, or regurgitating, I'm not sure what the differance is? Any advice would be appreciated. The bird is approx 1 year old

Take it to the vet again if you have ANY dounbt its not hard for a bird to die from illness. it can be better/fine one day and dead the next.

besides that keep it warm (there are certain lamps you can use) watch it carefully and keep it in a stress free space that is relatively quiet
