Dog joint problem

My 13 year old lab/collie has developed a severe limp in her right leg.The vet says it's nerve damage in the neck and there is nothing to be done.When out walking - very short nowadays- we get lots of different advice from other dog owners.Today we were told about a support for her paw to stop her dragging it on the ground.Having searched on the web not having much luck.Anybody out there know a good site to visit please? Also if anybody has experience of the same problem help and advice would be v much appreciated. Thank you.
