After trying for 2.5 years and after 2 miscarriages, wanted to share that I am finally pregnant, and after our 12 week scan all good so far! I know we still have a way to go but to even get to 12 weeks feels like a milestone we would never reach.
Over the last couple of years when I thought it would never happen, and almost loosing faith it ever would, the support and advise from AB's really helped, and also to say that for anyone else still trying, please dont give up hope. We were about to start the ball rolling on IVF when things happened on their own accord so it can happen when you really dont expect it.
I am sure i will have lots more questions over the coming months but for now just wanted to share some good news and to give others hope where maybe they had too given up :) xx
Congratulations, and keep well. We have 2 sets of friends both in their 40's who have been trying for years to have a baby, and finally this year, both have been lucky - one has had a boy and the other has twin girls, both had the help of IVF and lots of problems and worries along the way - but it proves, keep on trying.
Thankyou all for such lovely messages and bednobs, I have followed many of your previous posts and have not been on AB for a while and I now see you have baby Phoebe - so happy for you xxx
