Oh well done Neti ,hope you soon get your results and well done to you too Jno.Better out than in .Hope it's all pain free and healed before you go away.
Not a bad day here today but yesterday was constant rain.Much needed but I think that was quite enough for now.
My wheelie walker arrived at last.It was easy to put together and I think I'll be alright with it as long as I remember to put the brakes on if I sit on it.I don't want to end up flat on my backside in the High St:)
Waves to Woofy and the woofers.I have no idea where Robinia is.She didn't pick up her E-card. Hopefully she's well though.
Night all.

woke up with my lips caked in blood - had to check that I hadn't eaten anyone important in my sleep. I think the gum's stopped bleeding now, though.
The garden's looking nice in the sun today

channelling some be ok thoughts for Robi. Stomach all sorted for the moment thanks Neti and yes I feel full of vim again. I am glad the MRI went well, now get thee to the dentist. Shaney I am glad you are pleased with the wheely deal and I hope it gives you back some more freedom. Jno, I knew the vampire ancestors would out in the end!
yes, that's our garden. A lot of it was planted before we owned it - there's a row of camellias and rhododododendrons at the back that are carefully timed to come into bloom one after the other. But the present head gardener (not me) has improved them. London is very pretty in springtime.
I am still wiping blood from my lips but it has belatedly occurred to me to stop taking my daily aspirin. Nobody seem to know why I've been prescribed them anyway.
Hot weather due any day now, shaney.

I have four, one to go shopping in person with, one by the computer for online shopping and the other two mostly in case anything goes wrong (like today) or someone won't take Amex, as is quite common. One of them doesn't charge commission for purchases abroad, which is useful.
My gum had better stop bleeding tonight, or else. It's been okay today, so I am hopeful.
That just leaves my back ... it froze in bed last night, I spent ages inching towards the edge so I could get up, and the writhing set off cramp in my foot. Came out of nowhere, and I hope it was a one-off.

Morning all
Lovely sunny one .
That's so annoying Jno.Good that you got your money back though. That happened to Picky, a while ago now but the bank refunded the money. It's good that they pick up on unusual spending patterns. I have two cards just in case, but touch wood nobody has tried to access my millions yet.
Careful with your back.Perhaps you just moved awkwardly.
Hope the rest of you are all Ok.

I didn't hear back from the osteo, maybe he's on holiday somewhere, but no further spams last night so maybe it's gone away.
Yes, I'm impressed by Amex spotting this. I've had to replace two cards in six months (the other time was because a new one with the same old number got lost in the post so they had to issue a new one with a new number). They don't seem to use cycle couriers and signed delivery any more, just the regular post.

Yes it's lovely out.I've been out with the wheelie to the library and treated us to a meal in Morrisons and did a bit of shopping in there as Mr S came with me 'cos I was a bit nervous. Then we went to the bakery and the upholsterer to get a quote for the recliner which he'll pick up next week.
It's just like pushing a small pram really. It helps enormously even coming back up the hill where I used to struggle with a stick. It would be even better if they sorted out the wibbly wobbly pavements round here though but I so enjoyed being able to get out and about without crawling along in agony.
