We have five cats and they often refuse to eat something they've usually devoured, could be she's maybe a bit bored with her usual food and wants a change. So try her with another brand or a piece of chicken or a nice bit of fish, poached in a little milk. If she still doesn't eat and she seems at all lethargic or losing weight take her to the vet.
Depending on her nature you may find that the more that you try to coax her to eat the more likely she will refuse. Sometimes my two pick at their food and other days they wolf it down.
She is obviously a healthy and happy cat so just watch that she is drinking and weeing and don't worry about the food for a days or so.
What's her name?

I admit that I hadn't thought about teeth. It is so easy to worry about them. The first time Frankie was ill with his asthma I went into a panic and got the out of hour vet. By the time I lugged him to the vet I was worried an shaking. The vet was old and tired. Frankie sat on the table looking around and Up the vet's nose - he looked the picture of health. £100+ it cost me.
Geordie - go with you instincts, if she seems playful an happy don't worry too much. You worry because you love her just as she loves you.
