I have this plant which I would like identifying. Is it a flower/wild flower or weed?
Dark red blooms on long stems about 10" high.

I agree, its an Astrantia.
It is a European native, not really a weed but more of a cottage garden plant which is good for shady areas but it will self-seed freely.
I bought one this year and I'm hoping to encourage it to form a patch under my shrubs.
