Just Watching

Millie (neighbour's cat) stalking round my garden looking for unwary birds. Birds winning at the moment, but she is just so sneaky I feel it can just be a matter of time. She used to run off when I knocked on the window but now she just gives me a malevolent stare as I'm spoiling her fun.

I had a friend who loved the birds that visited her garden. Her neighbour had many cats. My friend befriended one of the young cats - she was convinced that she could show him the error of his ways. They became good friends over time. Then the innocent little pussy cat brought my friend a present. A bird - probably from her own garden.
