It took many internet searches to build up the following. I didn't keep all the links so you will have to look yourself for confirmation.
The Portugese “corre-caminhos” translates as (something like) "path runner".
Corre-caminhos is a pecies of bird in the family motacillidae.
Scientific name Anthus berthelotii, common name Berthelot's Pipit.
Yes, some classify birds as a sub-set of reptiles being closely related to crocodilia.
I put a search in Internet explorer and a series of photos came up . Two featured lizards and one caption Running Lizard.!!
Rana temporaria ?
Retro, what were your search terms?
This is quite clear, English text with Portugese translation, http://www.linguee.com/english-portuguese/translation/berthelot's+pipit.html
It's the Alligator, of course

Alli from the French "Aller", meaning to go or run.
Gator from the Old norse "Gata" meaning a path.

Ignore anyone who tells you different.

icynorth - Every source I've looked at gives the Spanish "el lagarto" ("the lizard") as the origin of "alligator".
Yes, I admit I wasn't being entirely serious there, despite all the alligators which regularly feature in Norse mythology ;-)
I thought the OPer had a genuine desire to learn as this is in "Animals and Nature". If I had known it was quiz question I wouldn't have bothered to answer, there could well be a catch to it.
