Has anybody had the same problem as me with ordering a bird table from Amazon? Twice they've sent me only the base and not the house on the top. I don't seem to be able to get through to them that it comes in two pieces and only the base is being "picked". They sent me a replacement, but exactly the same thing happened! This time I've given up and asked for a refund as I'm not getting anywhere with them.

Perhaps they've just run out of tops. You'll probably get two delivered soon, as soon as you've sent the bases back and got a refund.

Amazon helpline can be frustrating depending on who you get at the other end of the line.I spent a very frustrating twenty minutes trying to explain to three different Asian ladies a noise my Kindle Fire was making.Better to send an e-mail.
I haven't had the problem with Amazon - Have experienced similar issues with suppliers. You get trapped in their process. Super fast but doesn't solve the problem. Only way out is to get out of the trap, or as dannyk13 try a different approach. You could also write a review and say that you're disappointed it did not come with the bird house.

They're going to refund my money and have admitted "there may be a problem at source!" The main problems with Amazon seem to be:- 1. Finding someone who speak to that you can understand and 2. Finding the correct email address to write to. Other companies have a "Contact us" choice and it is straightforward to email them. Not Amazon - their system seems to be deliberately obstructive. Thanks to all of you for your replies.
Just go to your orders and "contact seller". They reply within minutes usually.
