Amazon Cancellation
Yesterday i ordered two items off amazon but there were problems with my card which eventually were sorted out. When i tried to reorder the items i was told that they would be here on thursday at the earliest which was no good to me as i'll be out of the country so i cancelled both items. One of the items has now been dispatched against my wishes but isn't expensive £12 and might be needed at a later date but what p*ssed me off is that my account has been plundered to the amount of roughly £15 twice and different amounts which makes no sense as the other item i cancelled was nearly £200. I'm pretty sure this is all automated and have read that amazon is a fair company so what can i do to retrieve my money and also find out why i was robbed twice for two different amounts as i've spent the best part of the hour tearing my hair out looking for the "Contact us" tab on their website bu cannot for the life see it anywhere.
